Last weekend, we took part in Frankfurt’s Night of Museums for the first time! On the evening in question, all the museums were open, and we too held an exhibition at the Bockenheimer Depot featuring past DFDC pieces and presented the performance “One One One”.

One chair, one dancer – that is the starting point for “One One One”. Whoever takes a seat becomes the focus of the dance: The dancers pick up on cues from the person sitting and use these as inspiration for their improvisation. They then dance for the person sitting for as long as both maintain eye contact. A silent dialogue emerges, an exclusive encounter and an opportunity to discover dance with fresh eyes.

We had a fantastic evening and were delighted to welcome so many people to the Depot.
