Yesterday, our double bill "Forsythe / Hauert" celebrated its Frankfurt premiere at the Schauspiel Frankfurt! We presented the new works by William Forsythe and Thomas Hauert to a sold-out house. It was a very special evening, as Forsythe was director of the Frankfurt Ballet from 1984 to 2004 and of The Forsythe Company, later renamed Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company, from 2005 to 2015. Now Forsythe has returned to the place where he worked for many years and has created a new work for the company for the first time.

His piece, as well as the work by Belgian choreographer Thomas Hauert, thrilled audiences and the press, and we are very much looking forward to the three remaining evenings.

This is also the last evening of the season in Frankfurt. We look forward to welcoming you back to our performances next season!
