“A Land Within” is a promenade performance that invites spectators to wander through a series of imagined worlds. Each location has its own identity, atmosphere, function and vitality that induces a distinct quality in the dance.
As the audience moves freely between the locations they travel through the personal emotions and states of each performer. This dreamlike journey is an invitation to explore a mosaic of stories that fan out the many facets of what it means to be human based on the philosopher Maxime Rovere's thoughts on conflict and forgiveness.
