I’m reminded of a feeling of wonder when I dance. I love how I can meet myself again and again, always changing and totally new.
Lottie Hawkins graduated from Rambert School this year, where she trained in ballet and contemporary dance. During her studies, she worked with artists such as Ioannis Mandafounis, Akram Khan, Clod Ensemble, Lunatics and Poets and Faye Stoeser. In her final year, she toured with Ballet BC, performing in Crystal Pite’s Frontier and performed “Join” alongside the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company in London. As part of the joint project she learned about Ioannis' method and was very inspired by her experiences. In the season 2025/26, she joined the DFDC as an intern for the new creation “Abschied” by guest choreographer Emanuel Gat.
